About us
A passion for elegant hospitality
Founded by Sophie Jouini, St Martin St Barth Collection was born from a passion for elegant hospitality and Caribbean living. After creating and running Les Prés de Joussac, a French estate renowned for its peaceful atmosphere, Sophie and her husband chose the Caribbean sun for a new adventure.
Today, Sophie curates unique stays in Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy: sea-view studios, nights aboard the Zéphyr catamaran, personalised service. Each address is an invitation to slow down and experience the islands authentically.
